Job summary

Euroasia Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a skilled Graphic Artist to manage packaging artwork, product content, and regulatory deliverables for Rx, OTC, nutraceutical, and cosmetic products.

The role ensures compliance with Philippine FDA/GS1/IPOPHIL standards, coordinates with printers and suppliers, and maintains artwork files and databases while supporting launches and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Graphic Artist (pharma experience a plus).
• Knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations, GS1 standards, IPOPHIL regulations, packaging development, artwork approval processes, and product commercialization.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of website content management and digital asset management.
• Strong proofreading, communication, project coordination, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development, proofreading, approval, and release of packaging artwork, product images, website content, and regulatory deliverables for Rx, OTC, nutraceutical, and cosmetic products.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, GS1 standards, IPOPHIL requirements, and branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, printers, suppliers and manufacturers throughout the artwork approval and product launch process.
• Develop, revise, proofread, and maintain packaging artwork, website content, digital assets, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain product databases, artwork files, and website content while supporting quality control, launches, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Linguistics, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five (2-3) years of experience as Graphic Artist (experience in Pharmaceuticalcompany is advantage)
• Knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations, GSI standards, IPOPHIL regulations, packaging development, artwork approval processes, and product commercialization.
• Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of website content management and digital asset management.
• Strong proofreading, communication, project coordination, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with high attention to detail and integrity.
