Job summary

Nidec Motor Philippines Corporation is seeking a Marketing Communications Graphic Designer to craft and edit brochures, data sheets, and digital assets. You will ensure brand consistency, coordinate with product managers and sales teams, and support launches and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a creative field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and editing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, product announcements, email campaigns, and website content.
• Maintain brand and graphic standards across all artwork.
• Meet deadlines set by Marketing Communications Manager.
• Manage graphic files, including logos and photos, ensuring brand consistency across digital and print media.
• Support social media content creation and engagement activities.
• Support product launches through content creation and coordination.
• Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, events, webinars, and internal meetings; help maintain schedules.
• Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to gather information for collateral.
• Prepare Monthly Summary Report of statistics and major projects.
• Work with Marketing Communications Team on assigned projects and related duties.

About the role

This position is responsible of creating marketing and advertising materials needed to promote the products that the company sells. The specialist utilizes software that allows them to create a range of collaterals such as catalogues, brochures, data sheets, and other promotional materials.

What you’ll be doing

1. Assist in developing and editing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, product announcements, email campaigns, and website content.

2. Maintains brand and graphic standards in all artwork.

3. Meet all deadlines set by the point of contact or Marketing Communications Manager.

4. Manage and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos and art (and related licenses and permissions), and at the same time, making sure that the brand remains consistent across digital and print media.

5. Support social media content creation and engagement activities.

6. Support product launch activities through content creation and project coordination.

7. Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, webinars, and internal meetings. Help maintain event schedules and project timelines.

8. Work with product managers and sales teams to gather information for marketing collateral.

9. Accomplish a Monthly Summary Report of all the statistics and major projects handled.

10. Works closely with Marketing Communications Team in completing the assigned projects and perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

1. Bachelor’s Degree in the creative field (Computer Science, Marketing Communications, Fine Arts or any related course)

2. Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design and Marketing Communication role with industry-standard graphics applications including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
