Job Summary
The Graphic Designer uses creative design skills to visually communicate ideas that engage the market and support business objectives. This role produces high-quality visual content for the Specialist Groups' businesses and private label brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Working as part of the Networks Marketing team, the Graphic Designer collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver effective, on‑brand creative across digital and print channels. The role contributes to improving design processes and outputs while staying informed about evolving design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Bapcor's creative work fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Key Accountabilities
Health & Safety
- Ensure your own safety and the safety of others by consistently following all safe work practices, policies, procedures, and instructions.
Creative & Production
- Apply brand assets and guidelines consistently across all materials, supporting the Marketing Team in delivering engaging and on‑brand creative.
- Design, update, and refine templates and marketing assets, including resizing visuals, adjusting layouts, and recommending design improvements.
- Prepare artwork for print and digital channels, ensuring accuracy and quality across all formats.
- Support the creation of EDM content, including promotional campaigns and product highlights.
- Adapt approved content into brochures, feature sheets, advertisements, banner ads, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Create visually engaging designs, imagery, and icons that effectively communicate key messages.
- Provide creative support for events, campaigns, social media, and advertising activities.
- Collaborate with agencies, printers, designers, and marketing team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Partner with Product and Brand teams to develop creative assets for new product launches and ongoing promotions.
Systems & Processes
- Follow established processes set by the Head of Marketing and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Use project management tools such as Monday.com to track and manage design tasks.
- Participate in marketing and campaign planning activities as required.
- Ensure all artwork aligns with corporate brand guidelines and reflects brand identity, values, and tone.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain artwork files on the designated server according to Marketing team guidelines.
- Deliver high‑quality creative outputs on schedule and in line with project requirements.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required, consistent with skills and experience.
