You will translate client visions into compelling print and digital designs for packaging, labels, promotional materials and marketing collateral, contributing to our reputation for quality and creativity in every project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar creative role in printing/packaging/manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, colour theory, typography and visual composition.
• Excellent knowledge of file formats, resolution requirements and technical specifications for print and digital outputs.
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs for print and digital media, including packaging, labels, promotional materials and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams and production staff to translate design requirements into visually appealing and commercially viable designs.
• Develop design concepts, layouts and mockups using industry-standard design software and tools.
• Ensure all designs comply with technical specifications, brand guidelines and industry standards for print production.
• Review and refine designs based on client feedback and internal stakeholder input, managing multiple revisions efficiently.
• Prepare design files and artwork for production, ensuring compatibility with printing equipment and processes.
• Stay informed of current design trends, printing techniques and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality.
• Manage project timelines and meet delivery deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to optimise designs for manufacturing processes and scheduling.
