Job summary

World Vision International is seeking an experienced Grants Data Analyst to join our finance team. You will maintain trustworthy grants data across iMPAQ, Horizon, PBAS and the Finance Data Warehouse, and build automated Power BI reports to support leadership decisions.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI, and data automation skills, with experience in international NGO finance and collaboration across regions. CPA or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience in an international NGO or similar environment
• At least 2 years of experience in grants accounting, reporting, or analysis
• Experience preparing and analyzing accounting/financial reports for internal and external audiences including non-finance stakeholders
• Experience working in a virtual, multi-country team across time zones and cultures
• Advanced MS Excel and proficiency with Power BI and data automation tools

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze grants financial reports for partnership stakeholders, including burn rate and grant expenditure analysis
• Interpret numbers by highlighting trends, outliers, and risks with clear recommendations
• Monitor grant audit findings and follow up with offices
• Design, build, and maintain automated reporting for grants and compliance
• Maintain synchronized grants data across iMPAQ, Horizon, PBAS, and the Finance Data Warehouse
• Share knowledge and guidance on grants data, reporting tools, and compliance requirements
