Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–7 years of professional grant writing or proposal writing experience.
• Experience preparing proposals for foundations, corporations, or government funders.
• Excellent written English, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and information-synthesis abilities.
• Ability to interpret guidelines and convert complex information into clear narratives.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with multiple deadlines.
• High attention to detail and compliance orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online research tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grant Research and Opportunity Assessment: identify and evaluate funding opportunities from various funders.
• Proposal Development: craft letters of inquiry, concept papers, applications, and supporting docs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: gather information from program leaders, finance, and SMEs for applications.
• Compliance and Submission Management: ensure eligibility, formatting, and submission requirements are met.
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement: support progress reports, renewal applications, and outcome measurements.
