Job summary

RenewCO2 LLC in India is seeking a detail-oriented Grant Coordinator to manage non-dilutive funding proposals, bids, and compliance across US federal programs, Indian national and Karnataka state programs. This role is hybrid, based in Chikkaballapur, with two on-site days and remote work.

You will own the calendar, assemble budgets and documents, coordinate with university and industry partners, edit technical content for page limits, and ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Two to four years coordinating grant applications, tenders, or commercial bids, or supporting government reporting and compliance.
• Hands-on experience putting a formal application or bid together: forms, budgets, letters of support, CVs, and the rest of the package.
• Fluent written English.

Responsibilities

• Track a pipeline of funding opportunities across US federal programs, Indian national and Karnataka state programs, and relevant sources.
• Write brief bid/no-bid summaries: eligibility, fit, cost share, effort, deadlines, requests from partners.
• Own the proposal calendar and manage outline, content plan, reviews, and submission with buffer.
