DHL Supply Chain Philippines invites motivated graduates to join a structured Graduate Trainee program in Silang, Cavite. You will work across core business functions, tackle diverse projects, and be mentored by the Senior Management Team to prepare for future leadership roles.

Eligible candidates are industrial engineering graduates with leadership potential, willing to relocate regionally and work in a 24/7, fast-paced setting. Full-Time positions available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Qualities of versatility, resilience and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in shifting schedule in a 24/7 environment.
• Demonstrate leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Silang Cavite and rotated to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Graduate Trainee program across core business functions.
• Work on various projects individually or in teams and be mentored by senior management.
• Potentially be assessed for positions within Operations, Operations Excellence and Solutions Design.
