Job summary

Air Liquide Philippines invites ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee program, offering 18 months of rotations across Finance, Sales and Operations. You'll work on challenging assignments, develop business acumen and leadership skills, and have a path to a permanent role aligned with your strengths.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, gain hands-on exposure to plant operations, reporting and process improvements, and contribute to safety and customer-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical) or Business Administration with a Marketing major by 2026.
• Driver's license will be an advantage.
• Available to start in November/December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and technical experts to support day-to-day operations.
• Gain practical insights into plant production, reporting, and analysis.
• Participate in projects focused on productivity enhancement and continuous improvement.
• Engage with the operations team to understand processes and challenges.
• Develop understanding of customers through exposure to customer-facing engineering and sales teams.
• Develop troubleshooting skills addressing plant and facility issues.
