Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Graduate Power System Engineer to support electrical engineering projects across generation, HV transmission, distribution, grid connections, and power systems.

Working under the guidance of senior engineers, the role supports power system studies, technical design, project planning, site activities, and consulting work while developing practical engineering expertise and progressing toward Professional Engineer registration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with progress toward Professional Engineer.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and work in office and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in power system studies and design under senior engineers.
• Support HV grid connections, substations, and generation plant power systems.
• Participate in site inspections and data collection for reports.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Review designs for compliance with standards and client specs.
• Apply QMS and contribute to process improvements.
• Support tender submissions and new project opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
