Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
• Experience in GPS monitoring, fleet management or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the real time location and movement of company vehicles and assets using GPS tracking systems.
• Identify and report route deviations, delays, unauthorized stops, overspeeding, and other unusual activities.
• Coordinate with drivers and department heads to address GPS related concerns and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate monitoring logs, incident reports, and vehicle movement records for operational analysis and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company transportation, fleet management, and safety policies while recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
