The role emphasizes structured oversight, risk assessment, and data-driven reporting to support performance monitoring and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as accountancy, business, finance, economics, internal audit or management.
• Professional certification like CIA, CPA or CISA is advantageous.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support audits—prepare documentation, evidence gathering, stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor audit findings, risk issues, and remediation actions to closure.
• Identify control gaps and compliance risks; recommend improvements.
• Maintain audit logs, risk registers, and governance dashboards for leadership.
• Develop governance, analytics, and management reports to support decisions.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Region for initiatives.
• Develop dashboards for KPIs and performance metrics; deliver executive updates.
