Job summary

SM Retail seeks an IT Governance Specialist to strengthen IT governance by ensuring process compliance, managing risks, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvements. You will help enhance service delivery through governance, quality assurance, and adherence to best practices.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in IT Audit, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, or SDLC, with a willingness to work onsite at SM Head Office, MOA in Pasay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, accounting, or business administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, or SDLC.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, governance frameworks, and audit processes.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Office Location: SM Head Office, MOA, Pasay.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT process compliance reviews and internal audits.
• Monitor IT governance, SDLC, and project management compliance.
• Support risk management activities and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external IT audit requirements.
• Maintain compliance documentation, records, and governance reports.
• Provide guidance on IT policies, procedures, and standard templates.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and IT governance best practices.
