Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a SONG Google Specialist to design, build and implement CX solutions using Google CCAI across sales, service and marketing. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable CX platforms.

You will drive CX capability assessments, run design-thinking workshops, and contribute to pre-sales activities such as RFP responses and proofs of concept, while delivering measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing CX solutions with Google CCAI.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Google CCAI-based CX solutions for clients.
• Lead CX workshops and co-create implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Google and client teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and proofs of concept.
• Contribute to reusable assets and viewpoints in the contact center space.
