Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Website Specialist who will manage our WordPress site and build funnels and course platforms. You will maintain backups, monitor security, publish content, and organize course material across WordPress and GoHighLevel.

This role requires proactive problem-solving, HTML/CSS basics, and the ability to work across both website and CRM/funnel systems with a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with WordPress maintenance, backups, updates and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Understanding of basic website security monitoring and vulnerability checks.
• Ability to upload and structure course content in a CRM/funnel platform.
• Trustworthy, exact, and self-reliant.

Responsibilities

• Keep WordPress site maintained and updated, schedule backups, run quality checks.
• Monitor site security and perform basic vulnerability checks.
• Diagnose and fix routine WordPress issues, plugins, and theme updates.
• Publish blog posts, videos, and content updates to the website.
• Create and manage GoHighLevel landing pages for courses.
• Upload and arrange course modules on GoHighLevel.
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel automations linked to site and funnels.
• Provide general backend technical support to keep systems running smoothly.
• Coordinate upcoming website changes and course launches.

Job Summary:
We’re keeping a seat open for a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Website Specialist who will look after our WordPress website and build out our GoHighLevel funnels and course platform. The role spans routine site upkeep and security checks through to building landing pages and organizing course content in GoHighLevel. The best match will be someone technically sharp and proactive who is comfortable working across both website and CRM/funnel systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the WordPress website maintained and updated, including scheduling backups and running routine quality checks

Watch over site security and carry out basic vulnerability checks

Diagnose and fix routine WordPress errors, plugin issues, and theme updates

Publish new blog posts, videos, and other content updates to the website

Create and manage GoHighLevel landing pages for our online course offerings

Upload and arrange recorded course modules on the GoHighLevel platform

Build and maintain GoHighLevel automations and workflows linked to the website and course funnels

Offer general backend technical support to keep systems running smoothly

Help coordinate upcoming website changes and course launches

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience with WordPress maintenance, including backups, plugin/theme updates, and troubleshooting

Hands-on experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel

Understanding of basic website security monitoring and vulnerability checks

Ability to upload and structure course content in a CRM/funnel platform

Trustworthy, exact, and self-reliant

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting online course creators or coaching businesses

Familiarity with content publishing (blog posts, embedded video)

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for custom website tweaks
