Job summary

ZigZag Philippines is seeking a versatile digital marketer and developer to own GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, and web assets. You’ll implement workflows, manage sub-accounts, and ensure tracking accuracy across analytics and SEO tools.

You will build forms, blogs, and conversion assets, integrating APIs and automations while maintaining site speed and technical SEO standards. A self‑starter with English communication is essential for success in a remote, Philippines-based role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands on with GoHighLevel, not just a certificate.
• Experience managing a GHL agency account or multiple sub accounts.
• Proven web development experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with API integrations and webhooks.
• 2+ years of technical SEO experience with real before and after results.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including custom events and debugging.
• Confident with Google Search Console.
• Live examples of funnels, sites and SEO work you personally delivered.
• Good written English and the ability to explain technical things simply.
• Able to work independently, manage your own priorities and fix things without being chased.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining funnels, landing pages and full websites inside GHL.
• Setting up workflows, automations, triggers, pipelines, calendars and campaigns.
• Managing sub-accounts, snapshots, custom values, custom fields and user permissions.
• Running SMS and email campaigns including domain authentication, deliverability and warm up.
• Building forms, surveys, booking flows and lead routing that hold up under real traffic.
• Writing custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript when the native builder can't do what we need.
• Connecting GHL to other tools using APIs, webhooks, Zapier etc.
• Uploading and publishing daily blogs in GHL, including formatting, images, meta titles and descriptions, categories, internal links and scheduling.
• Running technical SEO across all our sites, covering site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawlability, indexation, internal linking and redirects.
• Auditing sites and fixing what you find, not just handing over a report.
• Keyword research and on-page optimisation for the Australian property and finance market.
• Setting up and maintaining GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console end to end.
• Building conversion tracking that fires correctly, including cross domain tracking between our site and our GHL funnels.
• Building reporting dashboards so we can see what's actually working.
• Monitoring rankings, traffic and conversions, and telling us what to do about it.
