Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to design and build the technical systems behind a modernized GTM engine. You will craft infrastructure delivering leads today while architecting AI-driven, personalized systems for future growth.

Embedded in the marketing team, you’ll apply an engineering mindset to marketing problems, building pipelines and tools rather than just campaigns, and you’ll work with a global Top 1% talent. This is a remote role.

• Background combining engineering and coding skills with business and marketing fundamentals.
• Experience or strong interest in applying GenAI to build growth-marketing tooling and systems.
• Comfort building and shipping technical solutions within a marketing context.

In this role, you'll design and build the technical systems behind a modernized go-to-market engine, engineering the infrastructure that delivers leads today while architecting the AI-driven, personalized systems that define the next phase of growth. Embedded within the marketing team, you'll apply an engineering mindset to problems typically owned by marketers, building tools and pipelines rather than just running campaigns. This is your opportunity to write code that directly powers go-to-market outcomes, building the technical backbone that reaches a hard-to-reach SMB market through inbound systems, de-anonymization tooling, and personalized outbound infrastructure.
