A manufacturing company in Bulacan seeks a Quality Supervisor to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance in production. The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with knowledge in plastic manufacturing. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, conducting GMP audits, and ensuring quality standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Food Technology or Manufacturing-related fields.
At least 1–2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in GMP or Quality supervision.
Experience in plastic manufacturing (blow molding/injection molding/thermoforming) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Ensure strict implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all production processes.
Supervise daily production operations to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
Monitor cleanliness and proper housekeeping of production areas, equipment, and personnel.
Skills
Strong knowledge of GMP standards and quality systems
Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes
Ability to identify contamination risks and quality defects
Knowledge in documentation and audit procedures
Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement tools
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures
Education
