Job summary

A leading resource management company in Metro Manila seeks a qualified candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering for a supervisory role. Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in a related field.
• Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Manufacturing or Production Operations.

Responsibilities

• Set efficiency targets to produce quality finished goods.
• Support and participate in food safety and sanitation processes.
• Monitor quality of raw materials and compliance with GMP standards.
• Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machinery.
• Set schedules and communicate them to production teams.
• Manage personnel to ensure understanding of daily tasks.
