You will leverage SQL and BI tools to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders, helping shape global staffing decisions and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Workforce Management, BI, analytics or related field in large-scale operations.
• Proven ability to transform data into executive recommendations and staffing strategies.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with BI visualization tools.
