Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Warehouse and Product Distribution Section Head to lead all warehouse and distribution operations for Plant 1 and Plant 2, ensuring inbound and outbound logistics efficiency, accurate inventory, and high service levels.

The role requires 5–10 years in logistics and a strong background in warehouse management, with a focus on cost control, process improvement, and staff development. Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
5-10 years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
At least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably MFG Pro and Oracle.
Understanding of inventory management, transport, and freight operations.
APICS certification or knowledge is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Leads and drives warehouse operations to achieve KPI targets.
Develops capabilities to meet growing demand, product complexity and evolving technologies.
Implements and supports new procedures and change initiatives; drives continuous improvement.
Oversees recruitment, development, and training plans for staff.
