Teleperformance, now TP, is hiring a Voice Customer Service Representative to join our team of customer experts. You will handle international client inquiries by phone, deliver accurate information, resolve issues, and document interactions to ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months voice call center experience with an international client.
• Senior High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Must have a valid NBI Clearance on-hand.
• No delinquent loans on record.
