Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints or upscale complex issues to appropriate departments.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, billing, etc.) to address customer needs.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
