Job summary

Remitly, Inc. in Manila seeks an experienced Senior Program & Vendor Manager to own outsourced site relationships and drive operational excellence across global vendor networks.

You will lead multi-year programs, manage SLAs, budgets, and KPIs, and partner with Product, Finance, Legal, and Workforce teams to align vendor operations with Remitly’s strategic priorities while focusing on CX and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, program or vendor management (outsourced/BPO).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Experience with capacity planning, pricing, contracts and SLAs.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive updates and reports.
• Customer-focused mindset driving operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vendor relationships for outsourced sites or regions.
• Lead capacity planning, staffing and KPI reviews with vendors.
• Define program goals, timelines and resource plans; report progress to seniors.
• Drive cost optimization, budgeting, and product-facing operational readiness.
• Collaborate across Product, Eng and Legal to translate insights into improvements.
