Job summary

EY’s Global Treasury Advisory Services seeks a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, manage delivery teams and coach staff. The role emphasizes treasury process expertise, client relationship management, and cross‑functional collaboration to expand market share.

You’ll work in a global network, delivering risk management, cash flow forecasting and analytics while aligning with EY’s services and colleagues across the firm. Relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Progress toward or possession of professional designations (CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM).
• Experience in global corporate treasury or consulting environments.
• Strong knowledge of treasury, risk management, cash forecasting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury engagements as a senior team member, including project and resource planning.
• Lead proposal development and pursue treasury engagements, supporting business development.
• Maintain strong client focus and productive client relationships across engagements.
• Collaborate with partner and client to address risk and manage expectations.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines for integrated delivery.
• Support data analytics initiatives and leverage emerging tech for insights.
