Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, manage delivery teams and drive growth in the Global Treasury Advisory Services practice. You will balance client work with business development while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables across projects.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of treasury experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced skills in treasury operations, risk management, cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements with project and resource planning.
• Drive business development and practice development initiatives.
• Maintain strong client focus and build durable client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to address risk and manage client expectations.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines for integrated delivery.
• Support data analytics and use of emerging technologies to deliver insights.
