Job summary

Goway Travel is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Agent to support clients across multiple lines of business, including travel bookings, itinerary management, and post-travel inquiries. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering proactive solutions and maintaining first-class service.

Ideal candidates bring experience in DMC travel operations or agencies, strong communication skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to multitask across diverse tasks while upholding accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries across channels.
• Experience with CRM systems and reservation platforms.
• Knowledge of travel products and itineraries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and other channels for travel bookings, itineraries, and post-travel inquiries.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and deliver proactive solutions.
• Utilize internal systems to manage client information, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Support multiple lines of business while maintaining high service standards.
