Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, Economics, Information Science or related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to gather, analyze and interpret trade data.
• Proficiency in Excel, databases, structured data and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Experience using AI tools at work or academically with responsible use and validation.
• High accuracy, detail-orientation and ability to own tasks independently.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn in regulatory research and AI-enabled operations.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze global trade regulations from official sources to update content.
• Monitor official sources for tariffs and input updates into internal systems.
• Convert regulatory updates into standard or system-compatible formats.
• Respond to customer questions with well-researched, timely answers.
• Develop contacts and relationships with official data sources for assigned countries.
• Document processes and work instructions using established templates.
• Identify issues, report bugs, and participate in testing via ADO processes.
• Support project data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Use AI daily for research, validation and content updates, and ensure output quality.
• Collaborate with teammates, share tips, and follow governance and quality standards.
