Reuters in Manila seeks a Legal Research Analyst to join a high-impact initiative shaping the future of legal research. You’ll apply legal knowledge and analytical skills alongside AI to connect state trial court orders and build smarter, more comprehensive content for professionals worldwide.

You’ll validate AI-generated connections, document findings, and work with internal teams to support project goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; J.D. not required.
Comfort with AI-generated tools and outputs; no specialized tools experience needed.
Ability to interpret, analyze, organize, and express complex legal material quickly and accurately.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives within team projects.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Availability for a fixed-term contract through December 2027.

Responsibilities

Analyze legal information sets, identifying relationships and gaps across trial court orders and related content.
Make qualitative judgments about the accuracy and relevance of AI-suggested connections.
Interpret, analyze, organize, and express complex legal material quickly and accurately.
Document findings and validation outcomes to support content acquisition.
Work independently on validation tasks while contributing to team goals and deadlines.
Verify and validate AI-generated connections within the KeySite History product.
Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to support project scope, quality, and progress toward targets.
