Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an International Trade Compliance Analyst to accurately classify products, software, and technology for import and export under HTSUS/HS, ECCN/ECN, and EU regimes. The role ensures data integrity, maintains auditable records, and drives compliant trade operations across ERP/PLM systems.

The analyst will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Sourcing and Operations to gather technical specs, resolve gaps, and support audits with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken) with professional documentation skills.
• Strong data management: maintain structured datasets, ensure data quality, and use analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Classify products, components, software, and technology for import/export under HTSUS/HS, ECCN/ECN; maintain rationale and notes.
• Maintain auditable classification records and update item master data in ERP/PLM.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from Engineering, Product Management, Sourcing and Operations to fill data gaps.
• Support audits and inquiries with complete, well-documented classification files.
