Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, LLC in the Philippines is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to facilitate global trade in line with import/export regulations. You will interpret regulatory requirements, classify products, and update internal procedures to improve processes across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 3–5 years of experience in international operations, import/export, and/or customs brokerage.
• Strong analytical and database management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Proven organizational and management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance reviews for Import/Export shipments to ensure correct classifications, Countries of Origin, values, and authorizations.
• Classify Allegro products per applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform Restricted Party Screening on customers, vendors, and partners as necessary.
• Provide advice and counsel to management and staff across business functions.
• Deliver Trade Compliance training per central team requirements.
• Execute import/export audit programs per central team requirements.
• Make classification and jurisdiction determinations and document them per Allegro procedures.
• Administer trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Generate performance metrics for export and import processes.
• Participate in process improvement projects and monitor regulatory changes.
