Job summary

Binance invites students and recent graduates to join the Accelerator Program as a Recruitment Intern. You will help source and screen candidates for tech roles, post jobs across platforms, and coordinate interview schedules.

You’ll support ATS data accuracy and assist market mapping to inform hiring strategies. Working within an international, tech-driven environment, you’ll collaborate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Current university students or recent graduates.
• Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy; internships are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Comfortable working in an international, tech-driven environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, eager to learn.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain accurate data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research for hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Suggest process improvements based on observations.
