Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in digital assets. You will work on backend/full-stack features, API design, testing, and CI/CD while collaborating with senior engineers to deploy AI/LLM capabilities. Current university students and recent graduates are invited.

Terms follow local laws. This remote-friendly internship requires up to 6 months, five days a week, with opportunities to network and develop

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, SE, AI, or related field.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP design, patterns, and coding best practices.
• Proficient in Python; knowledge of Java/Go/TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiar with Git, Linux basics, debugging, testing (unit/integration), RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Some AI/LLM project or internship experience (prompt engineering, RAG, vector DBs, LangChain/LangGraph is a plus).
• Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and fast-learning abilities.
• Available to commit to at least 6 months, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend and/or full-stack feature development, testing, and release for core products/platforms, delivering production-ready code.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on module design, API/interface definition, system integration, and deployment (logging, monitoring, performance).
• Write and maintain automated tests and CI/CD configurations to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Support deployment of AI/LLM capabilities, including integrating LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and tool/agent integrations.
• Help build datasets and benchmarks, track online performance, and assist with debugging and fixes.
• Produce technical documentation and communicate effectively across teams.
