Vestas Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee Tax Operations within the Global Finance team. You will drive performance, ensure timely, accurate tax compliance, and coordinate with regional and global tax teams to optimize processes.

The role focuses on migration and stabilization of tax operations in Shared Services, delivering KPI-driven results while coaching and developing a high-performing team across Finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax operations, reporting and compliance.
• With strong background in Global Shared Services, BPO, or multinational environments; migration to offshore team preferred.
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax processes, compliance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage migration, centralization, establishment and stabilization of tax operational work and reporting activities in Shared Service Center.
• Ensure that activities and requirements are captured during knowledge transfer and risks are addressed.
• Direct and manage operational tax team with alignment to global/regional tax teams.
• Oversee monthly tax activities and reporting submission to ensure deadlines and compliance.
• Provide tax guidance and training to the organization in advisory capacity.
