Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, HR, Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, workforce operations, HR operations, onboarding, process improvement, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.
• Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex, global environment.
• Advanced skills with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Power Automate and Work Force DNA

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of global recruiting and onboarding dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Analyze operational metrics, customer experience indicators, and adoption trends to identify insights and opportunities.
• Develop KPI frameworks and measurement standards for consistent reporting across regions and stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and identify performance drivers impacting recruiting and onboarding outcomes.
• Produce data for executive reporting packages, quarterly business reviews, and operational performance updates.
