• 2-4 years of experience as Supply Chain Specialist or supervisor.
• Knowledgeable in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Good analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, principals, and internal departments.

Aufgaben

• Monitor orders, inventory, shipments, and incoming stocks.
• Coordinate with principals and suppliers regarding orders, shipment schedules, and pending transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
• Track shipment status, departure, and expected arrival dates.
• Resolve supply chain, logistics, and inventory concerns and escalates issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance/Accounting on supply chain requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, inventory, shipments, and pending transactions.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records and monitoring reports.
