Job summary

Continental Tires Manila, a strategic shared services center, seeks a Data Analyst to support Supply Management Americas through analytics, dashboards, and data governance. The role emphasizes standardized back-office processing and reliable planning outputs in a hybrid work setup.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, have 3–5 years of experience, and be proficient in PowerBI, Excel, and English, with strong attention to detail and cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in data analytics or shared-services.
• Strong attention to detail in repetitive transactional work.
• Knowledge in PowerBI dashboards (DAX & Power Query) and Excel reporting.
• Exposure to Supply Chain Analytics or shared-services processes preferred.
• Excellent English and cross-cultural collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh dashboard applications.
• Troubleshoot data flow issues causing dashboard refresh failures.
• Perform punch list improvements to data and dashboards.
• Support maintenance of systems for reliable planning outputs.
• Run routine analytics and refresh reports for stakeholders.
• Document procedures and contribute to service catalogs.
• Escalate exceptions per defined governance and processes.
