Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia arts, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio with branding, editorial layout, and presentation design.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with executive-ready presentation design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of digital and print production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret briefs and develop strong visual concepts and design approaches.
• Conceptualize and complete branding, visual identity, and production for rewards, benefits, and communications.
• Design digital communications, web assets, emails, PDFs, and other digital content.
• Produce print-ready materials like benefit guides and posters.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and client sessions.
• Ensure quality, accessibility, and brand consistency across outputs.
• Collaborate with US teams, manage revisions, and meet deadlines.
