Job summary

Aon plc in the Philippines seeks a Strategic Communication Graphic Designer to translate direction and client standards into compelling visual solutions. You will create branding, visual identity, and layout across digital, print, and PowerPoint media with a focus on total rewards and employee communications.

Based in the Philippines, you will provide offshore capability for recurring client work while maintaining strong quality, responsiveness, and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia arts, fine arts, advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, editorial layout, digital design, print design, and presentation design.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide architecture, visual storytelling, information hierarchy, templates, and executive-ready presentation design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications relevant to the role, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of digital and print production requirements, including image resolution, color modes, typography, file packaging, and print-ready output.
• Ability to translate creative direction and communication objectives into cohesive visual concepts and polished final deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail with disciplined quality review, file management, version control, and adherence to brand standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to changing requirements, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and confidence collaborating with US-based stakeholders in a virtual environment.
• Ability to work independently while seeking input at the right points and responding constructively to creative feedback.
• Availability to collaborate across Philippines and US business hours as required by client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret briefs and client brand guidelines to develop visual concepts and design approaches.
• Conceptualize visual identity, branding, layout, and production for rewards, benefits, wellbeing, and employee communications.
• Design digital communications, including web assets, email graphics, and PDF materials.
• Prepare print-ready materials like benefit guides, posters, and toolkits.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and client presentations, improving narrative flow and engagement.
• Refresh prior-year communications while preserving brand quality.
• Develop branding concepts and reusable visual systems for wellbeing and rewards programs.
• Produce original concepts and adapt across formats, channels, and audiences.
• Collaborate with US Strategic Communications colleagues to meet client priorities and deadlines.
• Apply quality checks to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and production readiness.
• Maintain organized source files, templates, and asset libraries for reuse and collaboration.
• Balance multiple assignments and communicate progress, risks, and capacity clearly.
• Support broader Rewards design needs when capacity allows while prioritizing Strategic Communications work.
• Contribute ideas to expand the team’s capabilities and revenue opportunities.
