Job summary

Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. is seeking a Global Partnership Manager to coordinate sponsorship activities and develop plans for Continental.

You will build productive relationships with athletes, agencies and partners, and ensure sponsorship contracts align with our program and legal requirements. The role requires a minimum of three years in sponsorship marketing, a Masters in business or economics, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in sponsoring marketing.
• Masters degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a focus on Communications.
• International project management experience preferred.
• Understanding of conventional and digital media platforms.
• Excellent IT skills: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Continental Sponsorship activities and plans.
• Develop relationships with athletes, brands, agencies and partners.
• Ensure sponsorship contracts are executed with rights management.
• Monitor and evaluate sponsorship performance and competitor activity.
