Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Source to Settle Compliance & Reporting Senior Manager in Taguig, Philippines. You will own end-to-end SOX control execution across the Source to Settle portfolio, driving governance, risk management, and issue remediation with global teams.

Key responsibilities include establishing standardized SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and leading a team of compliance SMEs to ensure audit readiness and process integrity across regions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in compliance, audit, finance operations, or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls, audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in global or multi-region service delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Global SOX Control Execution across the Source to Settle portfolio (VMD, UAM, and in-scope processes).
• Governance & Control Framework: standardize global SOPs and governance processes.
• Risk Management & Issue Resolution: identify risks and drive remediation of findings.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: align with Service Delivery, Finance, Procurement, Risk & Compliance.
• Continuous Improvement & Transformation: embed compliance into process design and automation.
• Team Leadership & Capability Building: lead Compliance SMEs and build regional capability.
