Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a SOX 404 Compliance Senior Analyst to join the Global Services Finance team in the Philippines. You will identify control risks, test control design and operating effectiveness, and communicate findings to cross-functional partners.

Strong accounting and analytical skills are required for success in this role. Based in Taguig, this position supports the SOX program for Management Reporting Companies, ensuring timely remediation and alignment with regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance or business field is required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential.
• Fluency in multiple languages is preferred, English required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess SOX 404 financial reporting risks across Management Reporting Companies.
• Design and test key controls, document work papers and findings.
• Coordinate with SOX PMO and business partners to remediate deficiencies.
• Summarize testing results and communicate with stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Support analytics for evidence-based decision making and continuous improvement.
• Maintain alignment with applicable laws and Johnson & Johnson Credo.
