Job summary

ClickSend, part of the Sinch family, is growing its Product Design team based in the Philippines. You will own design end-to-end for features, conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and contribute to the design system as the team expands.

You’ll work with Product Managers and Engineers to shape decisions, run usability tests, and ensure the shipped product matches user needs. Strong English communication and experience in SaaS are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong craft in interaction, visual and content design with close attention to detail.
• Fluency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English, and confidence presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Frame the problem with Product Managers and Engineers before designing.
• Lead discovery: plan and run customer interviews, usability tests and data analysis.
• Design and prototype flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma for all states and accessibility needs.
• Grow the design system: build with the ClickSend design system and document new patterns.
• Deliver what you design: provide clear specs to engineers and participate in build and QA.
• Collaborate within the design team: participate in co-working, feedback sessions, and onboarding.
