Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in copywriting.
• Experience writing ad copy for global retail or consumer brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating advertising thinking beyond grammar.
• Ability to write across formats from headlines to campaign concepts.
• Comfortable receiving and defending creative choices and rewriting when needed.
• Familiarity with AI as a tool in the creative workflow.

Responsibilities

• Write compelling ad copy for global retail and consumer brands across digital formats and channels.
• Turn briefs, propositions, and guidelines into sharp messaging.
• Develop multiple creative routes and copy variations for experimentation and performance.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads, Art Directors, Designers, and Account Management from brief to final execution.
• Write with awareness of how copy interacts with design, placement, audience, and objective.
• Edit and critique your own work ruthlessly and know when to keep or cut lines.
• Use AI as a creative partner for research, iteration, critique, and scale without outsourcing thinking.
• Review and improve AI-generated copy to ensure it is original, on-brand, and culturally relevant.
• Bring fresh references and ideas to the team, not just responses to briefs.
• Work at speed without compromising quality.
