Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in asset servicing or reconciliation
• Experience with Middle or Back Office operations and end-to-end lifecycle of investment products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the Reconciliation Management team
• Drive exception lifecycle management and process excellence
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and strong client interactions
• Support risk management and control practices
• Lead transformation projects and manage KPIs/OKRs for the group
