Job summary

Advanced Energy seeks an Inventory Analyst for Raw Material Shipment to coordinate global shipments across sites, balancing inventory, allocation, and constraints to support manufacturing continuity.

You will report to the Inventory Manager and collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time material movement and policy compliance at the Rosario, Cavite site. This is a full-time onsite role.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage shipment plans for raw material transfer requests.
• Review shipment requests against inventory availability.
• Prioritize shipments based on demand and production needs.
• Coordinate material allocations during shortages and constraints.
• Ensure timely processing of shipment requests and PO requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and mitigate delivery delays.
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, logistics and warehouse teams.
