Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project and Program Consultant to manage project documentation and governance within its Global Excellence Centre. The role focuses on ACC administration, document control, and support for PMO functions across international projects.

The candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, develop dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in information management, ensuring ISO 19650 alignment and effective data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline with 5+ years of document control experience.
• Experience with ACC project environments including setup, permissions, workflow configuration, reporting, and governance.
• Strong English communication and collaboration across international teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, BIM 360, ACC, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer ACC and maintain project Common Data Environments (CDE).
• Manage document lifecycle from creation, review, approval, publication, revision, and archiving.
• Support Project Managers with setup, governance, reporting, and project controls.
• Coordinate project documentation across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
• Develop and maintain document control dashboards and project reporting.
