Comrise is seeking a Project Billing Analyst to support consultants in generating client bills and ensuring revenue recognition per policy across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role involves end-to-end billing, WIP adjustments, invoicing, and resolving billing inquiries with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements include 2+ years in Billing, understanding of accounting processes, strong Excel skills, and effective communication. Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

• Support consultants in end-to-end billing generation.
• Enter events into Project Accounting from system sources.
• Process invoice and revenue adjustments from WIP edits.
• Ensure revenue is recognized in the correct periods and locations.
• Analyse amounts to be invoiced and carry-forward balances.
• Prepare and dispatch draft and final bills with supporting docs.
• Respond to billing inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Handle non-routine client billing issues and escalate to supervisor.
• Contribute to process improvements within the area.
