Job summary

Arcadis is building a Global Excellence Centre-based team in Manila to support project management with ACC expertise and strong document control. The role focuses on configuring ACC, governance, and reporting to support international projects and clients.

The successful candidate will coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with ISO 19650 principles, and enable efficient information management through dashboards, Power BI, and ACC Insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management).
• 5+ years document control experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, data center, or industrial projects.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Autodesk Construction Cloud experience.
• Experience administering ACC project environments and governance.
• Experience supporting Project Managers and PMO functions.
• Experience with multidisciplinary and international project teams.
• Strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer ACC and maintain project CDEs.
• Configure folders, permissions, workflows, metadata, transmittals, and document numbering.
• Manage ACC modules like Autodesk Docs, Build, BIM Collaborate, Model Coordination, Insight.
• Oversee user onboarding, access controls, and security in ACC.
• Develop and maintain document control dashboards and project reporting.
• Support project managers with setup, governance, and controls.
• Coordinate documentation across distributed teams and ensure timely submissions.
• Support process improvements and governance frameworks across projects.
