Isola Asia Pacific (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Global Product Compliance Manager to lead its worldwide product compliance efforts. You will oversee regulatory alignment, manage customer inquiries, and support R&D through development stages.

You will coordinate testing, maintain a centralized compliance data system, and monitor evolving regulations across APAC, Europe and North America. Strong communication and leadership are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6+ years in product compliance or regulatory affairs.
Experience with chemical regulations (REACH, RoHS, TSCA, IMDS) across APAC, Europe, North America.
Strong ability to translate regulations into practical compliance actions.

Responsibilities

Lead global product compliance functions and act as primary contact for regulatory inquiries.
Develop and maintain systems to evaluate, document and respond to compliance requirements.
Advise R&D and NPD teams throughout product development stages.
Coordinate testing, maintain compliance data, declarations and customer responses.
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate risks and timelines to stakeholders.
Ensure SDS processes are current and that disclosures are accurate and confidential.
Provide training on product compliance to other functions.
